Was I charged twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships.

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Please only click the “Submit Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
]If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  For our full Refund & Exchange policy, please click here.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can login right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I create an account?
Please click on “Register” on top bar followed by “Create An Account” and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Key in the discount code at the field ‘Discount Code’ and click ‘Add’ in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to checkout. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order if you have missed keying it during checkout. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

When will my order be processed and ship?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 working days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at customerservice@healthyyouherbs.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
